Job summary

Socure is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to own the compliance mind behind our AML platform, aligning regulatory intelligence with product, engineering, and data science. You will build the compliance frameworks, engage with regulators, shape professional services, and scale advisory programs across enterprise deals while supporting customers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of AML compliance operations experience at a financial institution, fintech, or compliance tech.
• Knowledge of OFAC, FATF, BSA/AML, and PEP screening standards.
• Experience auditing watchlists and sanctions data sources with provenance tracking.
• Familiar with AML taxonomy structures and country risk ratings.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous documentation and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rigorous frameworks, taxonomies, and methodologies powering the compliance context layer underlying Socure's AML platform.
• Translate regulatory developments into product roadmap implications and customer communications.
• Design and scale Socure's professional services and advisory capability across the customer base.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success as a SME.
• Support enterprise deals with compliance due diligence, RFP responses, and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop smart automations using AI to reduce operational burden.
