Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality welds with minimal defects.
• Solid knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and aluminum properties.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Experience with TIG welding equipment, torches, and routine maintenance.
• AWS welding certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Train, onboard, and mentor junior welders, guiding techniques and safety.
• Prepare materials for welding and ensure proper fit and cleanliness.
• Weld high-quality welds with strong structural integrity and visual appeal.
• Interpret blueprints and welding specs to execute tasks accurately.
