Northrop Grumman is seeking an Algorithms Development Software Engineer Lead – Level 3 or 4 to head a 2-4 person team in Boulder, CO, working on missile tracking and state estimation software with modern C++ and Python.

The role requires a Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred) and travel up to 10%. On-site work in Boulder is expected, with opportunities to mentor teammates and influence technical direction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of related experience (or Master’s STEM degree and 3 years, or PhD).
• Active in-scope U.S. Government Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Prior C++ development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 2-4 person tracker team and develop tracking algorithms.
• Design, develop, test, and document software and algorithms.
• Provide input to customer-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with Chief Architect and Program Management on technical vision.
