Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Two years of progressively responsible general facilities maintenance experience involving inspection, repair, and maintenance of buildings, equipment, grounds, utilities, gates, parking areas, or related infrastructure.
• Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be qualifying.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and improves Airport-owned buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Inspects Airport facilities on a routine basis and identifies deficiencies.
• Maintains facility systems in a safe, clean, functional condition.
