Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable Lead Airline Passenger Assistant to oversee facility operations, coordinate daily tasks, and provide guidance to the team. This role ensures adherence to policies, delegates assignments, and maintains a safe environment for staff and customers.

• Coordinate daily operations at the assigned location and ensure policies are followed.
• Delegate job assignments and provide guidance to team members.
• Supervise the team in the absence of the Manager and uphold safety standards for workers and customers.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead Airline Passenger Assistant to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Lead demonstrates established standards to keep the facility safe for all workers and customers.

Shift: Thursday through Saturday 2:30pm - 12:30am (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday off)

Pay: $15 per hour, paid weekly
