Job summary

AVMATS Jet Support in Chesterfield, MO is hiring for a Hawker 125 series/800A/800XP/750XP/850XP/900XP Leadman/Inspector. The role requires an Airframe and Powerplant license and the ability to lead a team of technicians performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications on Hawker aircraft.

The position is a day shift, 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The Leadman will report to the Shop Manager or Chief Inspector and must ensure safe,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of work related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to pass a standard FAA visual acuity test with vision corrected to 20/20.
• Familiar with inspection methods, regulations and airworthiness procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in scheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications on Hawker aircraft.
• Report to Shop Manager or Chief Inspector.
• Ensure all parts and procedures meet airworthiness standards and regulations.
• Complete inspection forms and log entries; coordinate with Inspection Department.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all work areas.
