Job summary

Boeing in Oklahoma City is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive safety, certification and performance initiatives. The role focuses on aircraft design/analysis, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional program management, requiring deep experience and U.S. citizenship for security clearance.

The position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, with a 1st shift and relocation consideration. Expect travel around 10% domestically and collaboration with executive leadership and regulators.

Qualifications

• 14+ years’ experience performing complex engineering or system integration work.
• 9+ years’ experience leading and/or managing complex projects.
• 7+ years experience building relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers and business partners.
• Willingness to travel 10% - primarily domestic.

Responsibilities

• Lead special projects and initiatives in safety, certification, and performance.
• Oversee aircraft design/analysis across Airframe, Flight Sciences, Propulsion, or Systems with FAA regulatory experience.
• Develop integrated plans and lead teams through customer introduction programs.
• Manage risk, opportunities, and cross-functional issues across IPTs to deliver airplanes and production readiness.
• Communicate with internal/external customers, regulators, and suppliers.
