Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Configuration Management & Integration Engineer (Associate or Experienced) in Oklahoma City, onsite. The role focuses on maintaining baselines, controlling configurations, and supporting CI/CD with cross-functional teams to uphold design integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

The position emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with engineering and customers, and adherence to change management processes, with relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience documenting and implementing plans and processes to ensure products meet technical requirements and maintain configuration control.
• 2+ years’ experience with reporting and metrics for decision making and process improvement.
• Experience gathering and analyzing data to support data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain baselines, version histories, and as-built documentation for hardware and software; manage system configurations through the program lifecycle.
• Integrate with CI/CD processes and product teams; monitor design integrity and update plans and tools as needed.
• Manage Change Control Boards and track configuration changes; follow configuration and change management processes.
