Job summary

Tyonek Native Corporation is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III (C/KC-130T) to support Jacksonville, FL operations. You will lead maintenance teams, supervise mechanics, and perform complex powerplant maintenance and modifications to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires extensive C/KC-130T experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret technical data and mentor junior technicians. Willingness to travel and work shifts as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced aircraft maintenance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• C/KC-130T or similar powerplant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engines, powerplant systems, fuel systems and hydraulics.
• Ability to read and apply technical orders, manuals and drawings.
• Ability to lead and mentor lower-level technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams in C/KC-130T powerplant work and inspections.
• Supervise mechanics and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and install powerplant systems and components.
• Interpret technical data and apply maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate workload to meet schedules and deliver aircraft readiness.
