S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic III - Site Lead / Lead Mechanic to oversee daily site operations and technical oversight at Mountain Home AFB, ID or Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.

The role involves leading the team through F-15E TCTO modifications and related maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include supervising complex maintenance, coordinating workflow with Government personnel, and ensuring safety, quality, and documentation requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance/modification teams on aircraft.
• Experience performing and supervising complex maintenance tasks.
• Ability to apply technical orders, TCTOs, and documents to activities.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Perform, supervise, and inspect F-15E TCTO modification and related maintenance.
• Plan and prioritize Contractor work and coordinate with Government personnel.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve safety, quality, staffing issues.
