Job summary

The Aircraft Mechanic III (C-130 Airframes) role involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on C-130 airframes, power plants, corrosion control, and related fuel and electrical systems. You will lead a team, supervise subordinates, and ensure work meets maintenance requirement cards and NAMPSOPs.

Requirements include a high school diploma, DoD CAC access, and seven years of troubleshooting/repair experience with the C-130 or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of troubleshooting and repair experience; four (4) years on C-130 series.
• Able to obtain DoD CAC card privileges for flight line access.
• Capable of cross-training on MV-22 platforms and meeting NAMPSOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on C-130 airframes and systems.
• Lead a maintenance team, provide technical guidance, and supervise others.
• Inspect, repair, and overhaul structural, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with MRCs and NAMPSOPs.
• Cross-train on MV-22 and perform line maintenance duties as required.
