Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician Team Lead (A&P) to supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and modification of airframes and systems. You will provide work directions to technicians and ensure compliance with FAA requirements.

The role requires an A&P license, 8 years of aviation maintenance experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Strong leadership, safety, and communication skills are essential for success in this full-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and 8 years of aviation maintenance experience including avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical work.
• A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license is required.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of airframes, engine components, landing gear, electrical components, and control systems.
• Coordinate with inspection to ensure FAA compliance and proper documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders, sign-offs, shift turnovers, and other paperwork.
• Provide work direction to technicians and ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements.
