Job summary

Bell’s Flight Research Center is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to lead maintenance strategy, forecasting and coordination for 525, MV-75 and Legacy aircraft in Arlington, TX. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration across engineering and operations, and rapid problem solving to keep flight tests on schedule.

You’ll oversee procedures, provide work instructions, and interface with maintenance, flight test, and instrumentation teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance or flight experience.
• FAA A&P certificate is desired.
• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Aviation Maintenance Science, Aircraft Maintenance, or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned and unplanned maintenance coordination with cross-functional teams to safely and efficiently execute maintenance requirements.
• Focus on safety in maintenance planning and coordination and develop a safety culture.
• Coordinate and review testing procedures and interim procedures supporting manufacturing and flight test operations.
• Provide work instructions and support for maintaining and upgrading experimental maintenance and flight test instrumentation systems.
