Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator at our Arlington, TX location. You will lead maintenance strategy and coordination for 525, MV-75 and legacy aircraft, ensuring safety and efficiency across test and manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aircraft maintenance or flight test, a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics or equivalent, and knowledge of specialized Bell software tools. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance or flight experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics or related field is required.
• FAA A&P certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned and unplanned maintenance coordination across teams to safely execute MV-75, 525 and Legacy aircraft maintenance.
• Focus on safety in maintenance planning and cultivate a safety culture.
• Coordinate and review procedure documents supporting manufacturing and flight test operations.
• Support maintenance changes with tooling and hardware availability for flight test.
• Provide instructions and support for maintenance and instrumentation systems.
