Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory training classes preferred.
• 8+ years of interior experience on aircraft, auto, RV, or marine.
• Ability to lead teams and train staff.
• Must follow FAA guidelines and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality interior work.
• Coordinate installations with Interior Team Leader and staff.
• Perform quality checks and assign daily tasks.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Prepare and deliver annual performance evaluations.
• Assist with engineering designs for major modifications.
• Work independently on projects when required.
• Follow FAA guidelines and safety rules.
