Job summary

Inland Deicing Services, LLC is seeking a Fluid Production Manager at MSP to lead safety, efficiency and financial performance at the fluid production facility. You will oversee collection, processing, quality control, production and distribution of aircraft de-icing fluid, while ensuring cost-effective use of facilities and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in airport, airline, environmental services or related ops.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, regulatory compliance and operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facility operations including safety, productivity, and customer service.
• Oversee collection, processing, quality control, production and distribution of aircraft de-icing fluid.
• Manage site financial performance: budgeting, payroll coordination, invoicing, inventories and reporting.
• Ensure environmental and government compliance; maintain emergency preparedness plans.
• Supervise and develop staff; recruit and train workforce as needed.
• Build relationships with customers, airlines, airport authorities and partners.
