Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks an EMC lead to manage complex EMI, HIRF, LIRF, lightning and electrostatics analyses. You will drive EMC certification support, define project scope, and guide junior engineers through technical challenges.

EMC/EMI-related knowledge and analysis skills
Experience with testing and certification processes
Ability to mentor junior engineers and interns

Responsibilities

Lead EMI/HIRF/LIRF, lightning and electrostatics analyses using simulations or analytics.
Support EMC certification efforts and sustaining activities for production and in-service.
Define scope of EMC work, plan milestones, and identify technical risks.
Review procedures, test reports and analysis reports for certification compliance.
Mentor junior team members and interns, and provide EMC guidance on projects.
Support knowledge capture and closure of gaps; engage with suppliers and partners.
Witness EMC tests in multiple regions and prepare design compliance reports.
