Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks an EMC lead to drive complex EMI/EMC engineering efforts for aerospace or related systems in Wichita, KS. You will coordinate simulations, analyses, and testing to ensure certification readiness, while guiding junior engineers.

The role requires hands-on experience with EMI/HIRF/LIRF, electrical environment analyses, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to deliver compliant designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering assignments related to EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatics using simulations and analyses.
• Drive resolution of electromagnetic issues to support EMC certification and production sustaining activities.
• Define scope of EMC work, plan milestones, identify risks, and prioritize tasks.
• Review designs and documentation; verify compliance with certification regulations.
• Guide junior staff and interns; act as EMC lead on projects and mentor new employees.
• Prepare and review EMI/HIRF/LIRF test procedures and test reports; generate test reports.
