Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.
• 2 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical).
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform required maintenance and servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems.
• Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components of the aircraft.
• Coordinate with inspection to ensure FAA compliance and documentation.
• Complete work orders, shift turnovers, and related paperwork.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and securely tag customer property and aircraft components.
• Follow SOPs and JSAs when operating ground support equipment.
• Operate and oversee use of special support equipment for major components.
• Coordinate with other departments for overhaul or repair as needed.
• Apply 6S and Lean initiatives to keep work areas clean.
