• Ability to lead and train others.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and train cabinet builders.
• Read and interpret customer specification documents.
• Read engineering drawings.
• Work with aerospace materials.
• Bonds hinge blocks into panels and installs doors, drawers.
• Fabricate countertops and kerf panels.
• Prepare kerf and fiberglass panels.
• Apply adhesives and epoxies to materials.
• Operate CNC and Pin Router.
• Maintain safety equipment and practices.
• Meet target hours and schedules.
• Train others.
• Maintain attendance and full shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
