Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Cabin Services Lead to supervise a crew of cabin agents and ensure aircraft cabins are prepared for departures with emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage in-flight service tasks across flights.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cabin cleaning experience and must be able to work flexible schedules to meet operational demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of agents on each assigned flight to ensure that all duties are carried out in an efficient manner, and all airline and company policies are followed.
• Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refills as required.
• Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.
