Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks a Cabin Services Lead to supervise a crew on each flight, maintain cabin cleanliness, restock supplies, and perform safety checks. You will ensure compliance with airline and AGI policies while delivering efficient service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cabin cleaning experience, can coordinate tasks under pressure, and are prepared to obtain airport security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous airline cabin cleaning experience required.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance with a 10-year background check.
• US work authorization required for USA locations; Canada authorization if located in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of agents on each flight to ensure duties are performed efficiently and policies followed.
• Remove trash and debris; ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Clean and sanitize galleys and lavatories; restock supplies.
• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and sickness bags.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refills as required.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet operational requirements.
