Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a dedicated Cabin Services Lead to supervise cleaning crews and ensure cabins are flight-ready. You will manage cleaning, restocking, and safety checks on busy schedules to support on-time departures.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of cabin cleaning experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain airport security clearance. This is a full-time role based at U.S. airports with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous airline cabin cleaning experience required.
• The ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive background check.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of agents on each assigned flight to ensure duties are carried out efficiently and in line with policies.
• Remove trash and debris from seats and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refills as required.
