Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Air Quality Engineer to lead and manage permitting projects, perform dispersion modeling, and provide regulatory guidance for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions and drive business growth. The role requires 10+ years in air quality permitting, a engineering degree, and PE eligibility within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering with PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• 10+ years of air quality permitting and compliance experience in consulting, industry, or regulatory settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple air quality permitting projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead air quality permitting projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct emissions inventories and dispersion modeling to assess compliance.
• Prepare and review permit applications for regulatory requirements.
• Advise clients on air quality strategies and technology options.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
