You will conduct air quality assessments, prepare permit applications, and provide technical guidance to clients. The position requires strong knowledge of air quality regulations and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of federal and state air quality regulations and permitting processes.
• Proven experience in air dispersion modeling software.
• Strong background in technical writing.
• Demonstrated understanding of project budgeting and financial tracking.
• Ability to scope and price professional services.
