Job summary

Harvey Labs, Harvey's AI research organization, is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to help scale our team. You will own searches end-to-end, partnering with the Chief Research Officer and technical leadership to attract top AI talent across data, evaluations, infrastructure, and modeling.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to translate priorities into recruiting strategies.
Own full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, research, and engineering roles.
Build deep talent maps across leading AI companies, research labs, startups, academia, and open-source communities.
Develop creative, high-touch sourcing and engagement strategies for exceptional talent, from experienced researchers to emerging new grads.
Advise leadership on talent availability, compensation, and candidate motivations.
Drive searches from initial market mapping through offer strategy, negotiation, and close.
Use data and market intelligence to continuously improve our recruiting strategy.
Help build scalable recruiting processes and raise the bar for technical recruiting across Harvey Labs.
