Qualifications

• Proven ability to build AI-powered support systems.
• Experience building scalable AI agents and workflows.
• Strong background in distributed systems and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction of the support stack and what gets automated.
• Build and maintain AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual support load.
• Identify recurring issues and engineer them out via automation and prompts.
• Create tooling to scale the team’s capacity without headcount growth.
• Own the Support-as-a-Product backlog and drive shipped outcomes.
