Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned leader to manage and develop a team of solutions engineers/architects, driving AI/ML integration and pre-sales success across enterprise accounts. You will guide architecture, demos, and POCs to align technical solutions with business goals.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver repeatable architectures, demos, and POCs, while coaching the team and shaping training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of solutions engineers/architects.
• Oversee technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for prospective customers evaluating AI products.
• Guide the team in helping customers integrate AI/ML APIs, models, or platforms into their existing systems.
• Develop reusable solution architectures, demo environments, and best practices for common AI use cases such as RAG, agents, fine-tuning, and automation.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical objections or implementation blockers during the sales cycle.
• Build technical training materials and certifications for the solutions engineering team and broader sales organization.
• Track team performance metrics such as POC win rate, time-to-value, and deal velocity, and continuously improve pre‑sales processes.
• Recruit and interview candidates with strong technical and communication skills.
