Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS, IS, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years delivering production software solutions in engineering or automation.
1+ year building with LLM APIs and agent frameworks; shipping experience preferred.
Experience in consulting/advisory roles, with problem framing and executive communication.
Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into scalable enterprise solutions.
Strong ability to translate business needs to technical implementation.
