Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, from data ingestion and processing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, platforms, and tools to meet project needs and ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architectural approaches and demonstrate the value of proposed AI solutions.
• Define best practices and standards for AI development, deployment, and operationalization, ensuring compliance with security and governance policies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and data science teams throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and data architecture trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance our client's capabilities.
• Manage and mitigate technical risks associated with AI solution implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions, with a significant focus on AI, machine learning, and data engineering.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including their AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data processing techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent architectural design skills, with the ability to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools for deploying and managing machine learning models in production.
