Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years software engineering experience or 10+ years with a high school diploma.
• 3+ years building AI/ML or applied AI solutions in production.
• Experience in Python with modern AI frameworks and agent frameworks.
• Experience building agentic AI systems including multi-agent architectures and tool-calling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for AI solution design and standards.
• Identify high-value opportunities with business stakeholders and AI leads.
• Rapidly build prototypes using LLMs and generative AI tools for validation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
• Define reference architecture and governance standards for AI solutions.
