Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that boost how Rheem builds and operates digital products. This role partners with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver measurable business value.

The position supports AI-driven tooling with cloud-native architectures and API-based solutions, working across the Roswell, GA and Indianapolis, IN hybrid sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, solution architecture, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI, Generative AI, ML, or AI-powered software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled software solutions and automation capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations with generative AI platforms, LLMs, copilots, and AI services.
• Develop internal AI tools, agents, and workflows to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities to accelerate delivery.
• Implement AI capabilities within software development, testing, documentation, and support processes.
• Develop APIs, services, and cloud-based applications that leverage AI technologies.
• Evaluate model performance, prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability.
• Follow AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor AI trends and generate new use cases and capabilities.
• Collaborate to document solutions and advance AI maturity.
