Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across cloud-native AI and enterprise platforms. This remote-friendly role partners with the CTO office and domain teams to translate risk into secure, scalable designs.

You will develop guardrails, review complex designs, and mentor architects while balancing regulatory requirements, innovation, and business goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience, 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture/engineering.
• Translate security risks into clear senior leader recommendations.
• Design AI security for cloud-native, AI infra, or ML environments.
• Secure on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure including GPUs and data pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech.
• Embed security into technology strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical risk-based guidance.
• Evolve security architecture for cloud-native and AI environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails enterprise-wide.
• Advise senior leaders on architecture decisions and risk.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and responsible AI adoption approaches.
• Influence architecture governance and investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen practices.
