Target is seeking a Lead Engineer AI Security – Security Architecture to design secure architectures, mitigate risk, and drive security controls across complex IT systems in cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, identify threats, and develop robust mitigations while guiding cross‑functional partners to align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Strong AI security and containerization knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on technologist experience in cybersecurity domains (AI security, cloud security and information protection).
• Deep understanding of security risks, controls, and secure software design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with system designers to integrate security requirements into IT designs.
• Develop security architecture documents, models and diagrams.
• Ensure security aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards.
