Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices, APIs, testing, CI/CD.
• Experience designing scalable AI platforms and deployment architectures in AWS or similar clouds.
• Experience with containerization, IaC, and production-grade deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of production AI capabilities.
• Design and deliver Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Build reusable AI platform components, services, APIs, and workflows.
• Own end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Establish scalable MLOps/AIOps practices for model training, deployment, observability, governance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Learning Science, and Data Science teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies balancing quality, safety, latency, and cost.
