Motion Recruitment is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to guide AI-powered product strategy and data intelligence initiatives. You will drive the roadmap, partner with data/ops teams, and focus on trusted insights for fintech clients in private markets.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in product management within fintech, wealth or private markets, plus hands-on experience launching AI-powered products and strong cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, wealth or private markets.
• Experience launching AI, ML, or LLM-powered products.
• Strong knowledge of private markets, investment data, portfolio analytics, or wealth management platforms.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, and governance practices.

• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and modern AI tools
