DualEntry, an AI-native fintech ERP startup, is seeking a product leader to own an end-to-end area of our platform. You will ship LLM-enabled features, design evals, and collaborate with engineers and design leadership on architecture and prioritization.

This role requires hands-on building, deep data-model thinking, and clear communication in a fast-moving, in-person team. Based in New York, you will partner with a small, ambitious team and participate in weekly customer conversations, shaping

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product, ideally B2B SaaS, owning an area and moving real metrics.
• Shipped LLM or agentic features to external customers in production.
• Designed evals yourself and know how to tell when AI is working.
• Can go below the UI: data model, pipeline, where the model fits.
• Built in a space where a wrong answer has a cost (fintech, payments, healthcare, legal).
• Hands-on builder: you prototype, write the spec, and work side by side with engineers.
• Clear, direct communicator
• Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team

Responsabilités

• Own Accounting Intelligence and our AI platform end to end: the agent framework, retrieval, and the shared AI services every other team builds on
• Build the evals system that makes accuracy a feature, with golden sets, regression checks, and every number traced back to its source
• Shape the next bets, from CFO insights to agents customers set up themselves
• Set the roadmap with the pod’s tech lead and own the outcomes (retention, activation, expansion)
• Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs that span multiple teams
• Improve the internal processes, tooling, and operating model that help the whole team ship fast
• Talk to customers every week, from power users building on our API with Claude Code to Excel-native controllers
