Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive AI-enabled product initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable cloud-native applications using Java, microservices, and AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience influencing multiple engineering teams and leading organization-wide technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated mentoring ability and focus on engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows and stateful AI systems using modern frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Integrate foundation models via secure API gateways, managing token limits and costs.
• Architect data models optimized for AI-native structures, combining relational and vector databases for semantic search and RAG.
• Implement robust testing and evaluation metrics for factual correctness and safety.
• Lead architectural governance, drive secure, scalable software solutions, and mentor teams.
