Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Team Lead, AI Engineering in Sandy, Utah to guide a hands-on engineering team building the internal AI platform. You will shape the MCP integration layer, agent orchestration, Models Gateway, and RAG pipelines while partnering with architecture, DevOps, and security teams.

You will set engineering direction, coach engineers, and ensure delivery excellence, security, and observability across releases, enabling teams to move faster and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding AI platform teams
• Hands-on in Python/TypeScript with production systems
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines
