Qualifications

• 8+ years driving strategic productivity initiatives in SaaS/Cloud or developer tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI initiatives, LLMs, and automation.
• Expertise in building distributed systems and the supporting infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Define and evangelize AI and agentic flows strategy aligned with business metrics.
• Build a roadmap for agentic automation features and AI-driven workflows across engineering.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across product and software development life cycle.
• Partner with Engineering, Trust & Security to scale AI responsibly and at pace.
• Lead core agentic workflows delivery to boost productivity across engineering teams.
• Balance hands-on work (60%) with strategic planning and governance of AI patterns.
