Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking a Lead Enterprise Solution Analyst to architect and oversee the enterprise AI orchestration framework across the company’s technology ecosystem. This role blends strategic architecture with hands-on engineering to ensure secure, scalable AI deployments.

You will design orchestration layers, build infrastructure pipelines for AI/ML and cloud services, and enforce MLOps standards while collaborating with product, data and security teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure architecture or enterprise integration with hands-on development.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
• Proven technical lead experience coordinating distributed engineering teams.
• Experience designing AI orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Familiar with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and API-driven services.
• Strong documentation and architectural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing the AI orchestration layer linking engines, agents, and apps.
• Building infrastructure pipelines to support AI/ML deployment and cloud services.
• Defining and enforcing MLOps, APIs, observability, and compliance standards.
• Partnering with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI components.
• Ensuring adherence to AI guardrails, SLAs, security, and governance.
