Realtor.com is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for AI-native experiences across RDC's product suite. You will shape how clients interact with products, linking data insights to enterprise outcomes and guiding internal tools that enable teams to serve clients effectively.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and business leaders to craft scalable AI capabilities, set quality standards, and drive adoption while balancing cost and risk in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-native, client-facing products.
• Experience designing interaction models beyond adding AI to existing workflows.
• Fluency in model types, data pipelines, evaluation, and scale considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-native vision for client interactions and proactive experiences.
• Own strategy and roadmap for AI-native interactions across client portfolio and internal tools.
• Translate Core Product Strategy priorities into concrete AI bets with partners.
• Define data requirements and ensure data quality for new AI capabilities.
• Build internal AI tools to improve client-facing and internal workflows.
