Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture for large HCLS transformation programs.

You will work as an individual contributor with ~50% on-site collaboration within the U.S., guiding senior executives and coaching partner engineers to raise the technical bar across the delivery organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field.
Experience guiding senior leadership on technical trade-offs and risk.
Experience with fast-moving, high-performance teams and innovative solutions.
8+ years delivering enterprise technology architecture; 5+ years guiding teams.
Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data engineering.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS programs and reusable patterns.
Establish governance for AI, including multi-model governance and guardrails.
Advise executives on tech choices and align with business goals.
Coach engineers across partner teams to raise technical standards.
Grow expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and HCLS to guide solutions.
Drive AI-native delivery transformation and multi-agent orchestration.
