You will set architectural direction, mentor teams, and ensure integration across multi‑team efforts in a remote‑US delivery model.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering enterprise-scale solutions in a primary domain.
• 7+ years in solution architecture and leading multi-team delivery.
• Proven AI/ML strategy and enterprise adoption experience.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, and modern data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for large Azure programs.
• Define modernization blueprints and reference architectures across applications, platforms and data.
• Translate business strategy into cloud architecture roadmaps and execution plans.
• Provide architectural oversight during delivery and design reviews.
• Promote modular design, CI/CD, and observability across teams.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, code, tests, documentation, and analysis.
