Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Visibility and Risk to lead discovery, identity graph, and posture scoring across cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem estates. Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, and IGA; ability to translate tech into business value.
• Experience delivering AI-driven or data-centric products across full lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for identity visibility and risk, tying it to company direction.
• Work with customers and partners to understand needs and validate requirements before build.
• Gather internal requirements and design services with broad integration potential.
• Own the discovery roadmap across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on‑prem directories and promote to managed state.
• Deliver the identity graph and correlation service to resolve accounts to a person or AI agent.
• Own risk and posture scoring, including signals, weighting, and third‑party inputs like Okta/Entra.
• Ensure security and privacy through tenant isolation and controlled score traces.
• Set adoption metrics and push API‑first design for easy integration.
• Stay current on identity security posture, signals, and AI agent standards for roadmap input.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and security teams to plan and ship.
