Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an AI Fluency Education Lead to create courses and content that teach people how AI works and how to work well with AI. You will design modular, openly licensed resources and the AI-assisted pipelines to remix them for diverse learners, collaborating with teams to align topics and formats.

You will produce curricula, videos, exercises, and interactive lessons at scale, measuring learning outcomes and iterating based on data.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing content and curricula for adult learners at scale, with real taste for what makes learning stick.
• Exceptional writing for general audiences, and the knack for turning a technical idea into an intuitive mental model
• Experience making multimedia learning content end to end — scripts, video, interactive — with agencies and partners
• Experience using Claude and other LLMs as infrastructure in production
• Ability to build light tooling and automations; not an engineering role but able to contribute to pipelines
• Experience arguing for pedagogy choices and willingness to drop them when data says otherwise
• Satisfaction in creating material others teach and adapt for their audience
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment and ability to shape process as you go

Responsibilities

• Own the curriculum for general-public AI fluency end to end: roadmap, sequencing, quality bar, and select what to teach.
• Curate and create AI fluency material: curricula, courses, videos, essays, exercises, and partner content.
• Build AI-assisted production pipelines to shorten idea-to-published content cycle while maintaining quality.
• Turn research frameworks into material that resonates for diverse audiences, including non-traditional roles.
• Learn from and co-create with outside institutions such as educators and public-sector groups.
• Prototype learning formats with AI in loop—personalized paths, conversational practice, adaptive assessment.
• Measure learning outcomes; define metrics and instrument for it.
