Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an AI Fluency Education Lead to create courses and content that explain how AI works and how to work with AI responsibly. You will design modular, freely licensed learning pieces and build pipelines to remix materials for diverse audiences.

You will collaborate with educators and partners to decide topics, formats, and audiences, while shaping a scalable education program that aligns with Anthropic’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing content and curricula for adult learners at significant scale.
• Exceptional writing for general audiences and turning technical ideas into intuitive mental models.
• Experience making multimedia learning content end to end and working with agencies to deliver multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the curriculum for general‑public AI fluency end to end — roadmap, sequencing, quality bar, scope decisions.
• Curate and create AI fluency materials — curricula, courses, videos, essays, exercises, interactive lessons.
• Build AI‑assisted production pipelines to shorten idea-to-published content while improving quality.
• Translate research frameworks into learner‑friendly materials for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with educators, public‑sector groups, and partners to extend reach.
• Prototype learning formats that leverage AI in the loop and test with real users quickly.
• Define and measure learning outcomes and instrument for progress.
