Strong Python backend expertise.
Hands-on AI/ML product experience, especially with AI agents.
Experience with schema-validated LLM interactions and prompts.

Collaborative, independent judgment and agile mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead design, build, and extension of production AI agent systems.
Architect Python services and agent workflows on GCP.
Define end-to-end agent development, prompts, and fallbacks.
Establish evaluation approaches for agent quality.
Build monitoring, debugging, and observability patterns.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to ship features.
Ensure responsible AI with safeguards and human oversight.
Set high bar for code quality and system design.
