Job summary

Trust Wallet is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind its LLM-powered products. You will design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, manage context, tool calls, retrieval, and human handoff, and shape the product's future direction.

The role requires shipping LLM features to real users, maintaining them post-launch, and proving impact with data. This is a fully remote global position with strong backend and Web3 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Production LLM/Agent experience at scale.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals (Go).
• Real evaluation discipline with regression suites and monitors.

Responsibilities

• Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows.
• Drive evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Diagnose problems across the stack (model judgment, knowledge gaps, tool responses).
• Own production reliability (timeouts, retries, degradation, async jobs).
• Shape product and technical decisions with feasibility, cost, risk.
