Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Lead AI Developer/Engineer to drive end-to-end AI solutions for Procurement and Supply Chain. You will lead a cross-functional team, own technical execution, and deliver measurable business value across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Eng, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in AI/ML, Data Eng, software development, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or analytics.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML/LLM-based solutions.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, model evaluation, ML fundamentals, data pipelines, API development, cloud and platform architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; Lean methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled applications on Palantir Foundry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize use cases.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, AI agents, ML, and automation.
• Deliver value through rapid, iterative development cycles.
• Create scalable, reusable AI/data solutions with global deployment.
• Define ontology, data models, and schema architecture.
• Build robust data pipelines and integration frameworks.
• Ensure security, governance, and system integration requirements.
